About this event

The Cambridge Zero Carbon presentation builds on the experience and feedback from last year's talk. As such, it takes the form of an adaptable 30-minute presentation using a power-point followed by a Q&A.

This interactive presentation will cover the history of the divestment movement globally, the history of divestment at the University of Cambridge and future directions for climate campaigning at Cambridge.

This is of appeal to local student and staff audiences interested in the campaign, as well as those with an academic interest in climate movements - providing a case study of a local solution to the climate crisis (divestment) that has inspired global action (the international divestment movement).
