Your school can sign up to learn more about citizenship and the environment through this scaffolded, interactive live zoom session that takes your students and their teachers through a series of steps to build understanding of what it means to be an environmentally friendly citizen, concluding with crafting a green heart pledge.
The students will gain a broader understanding of what it means to be a citizen, as well as how to live more sustainably.
The session requires teacher involvement in managing responses from students and to supply craft materials (paper or card, coloured pens and pencils, and scissors) at appropriate points. Audience: KS2 (7-11 years old)
