Featuring twigs, brambles, feathers as well as lots of mud, Earth Stories invites you to look at the natural world about you with new eyes, to hear stories of acorn, magpie and fox and to explore your place on our planet.
‘To understand the mysteries of the natural world is the beginnings of a love affair.' Love Stories for the Earth will lure children away from screens and into nature, hearing stories of acorn and bramble, asking questions, having adventures, getting muddy hands and knees, learning to love their own patch of earth. Each story, connected to a different sustainable development goal, will make you think – and laugh, too. Will it be the boy with the empty head, the girl who ate the sky, or the brave bird who warned of coming danger?
